Pianegonda CLUB Terms and Conditions
This section outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the Pianegonda CLUB loyalty program. By participating in the Pianegonda CLUB, the user accepts and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions listed below. Bros Manifatture Srl, headquartered at via Guido Rossa, 1 – 63833, Fermo, Italy, creator and promoter of the activities available on PIANEGONDA and the Pianegonda CLUB service, reserves the right to use the personal data voluntarily provided by the user, in compliance with applicable regulations (Art. 13 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council). These terms and conditions complement the legal terms and cookie policy published on PIANEGONDA.

How it Works

When registering on PIANEGONDA, users are automatically enrolled in the Pianegonda CLUB. To access the program, users must be logged in to the website. The account created, the associated benefits (earned rewards), and points are personal and non-transferable. Pianegonda CLUB is a benefit provided to PIANEGONDA users and may be suspended, revoked, or canceled at any time by Bros Manifatture Srl, for any reason or no reason. If the user decides to end their participation, all program benefits, including accumulated points and other rewards, will be immediately and automatically forfeited. In case of cancellation of participation by the user, or termination of the Pianegonda CLUB by the company, Bros Manifatture Srl assumes no responsibility for unused points or the loss of any program-related benefits. If the user has previously opted out of receiving communications from PIANEGONDA, they will not receive any communications regarding the Pianegonda CLUB. Users may register or re-enable communication preferences by logging into PIANEGONDA and selecting “Subscribe to our newsletter” by clicking here.

Tiers

When a user joins the Pianegonda CLUB program, they are assigned Bronze level status. By earning points, users can access higher tiers (Silver and Gold) and the associated benefits. Tier-related benefits may change at any time and may be communicated exclusively via newsletter or other communication channels.

• Bronze Level: 0–600 points
• Silver Level: 600–1000 points
• Gold Level: from 1000 points and up

Tiers do not expire. Once a user earns the required points to reach a higher tier, they will maintain that status even if points are later redeemed or expire.

Point Validity

Confirmed points are valid for 12 months and expire on the last day of the month of their validity period. If a reward is requested, the points with the earliest expiration date will be used first.
Example: Order placed on March 12, 2024. Points confirmed on April 15, 2024. Points are valid until April 30, 2025.

How to Earn Points with Pianegonda CLUB

Upon joining the Pianegonda CLUB program, users instantly earn 10 points. They can continue to earn points in the following ways:

Online Purchases on PIANEGONDA

• Full-price items: 1 point per 1€/$
• Discounted items: 0.5 points per 1€/$

Points are calculated per individual item.

The number of points awarded is based on the numeric value of the billing currency. If the billing currency changes due to the shipping country, the number of points earned will also change accordingly.
For example, if an order of €100 is placed for delivery in Italy and the shipping country is changed to the US, the value will adjust to $110, changing the number of points from 100 to 110. If a discount code is used, the discount value will be deducted from the total points earned for the items in the order.
Example: A customer buys a discounted item worth €300, earning 150 points. A 10% discount code is applied. The customer pays €270 and receives 135 points, as the 15 points equivalent to the discount are deducted from the total.

Following PIANEGONDA on Social Media

Users can earn 10 points by following PIANEGONDA on each platform. Actions must be completed through the “Earn Points” section to be eligible. Points will appear immediately in the “Your Activities” section.

Points for online purchases may appear as pending and might not be immediately visible. If items are returned, the corresponding points will be deducted. In case of a size or color exchange, points will remain pending and will be credited within … days after the exchange is completed.

Redeeming Points

Once users have accumulated enough points, they can redeem them for rewards available through the Pianegonda CLUB.

Types of rewards include:

• Exclusive Experiences
• Birthday discount

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be used for future purchases. Discounts are applied proportionally to eligible items in the order. Based on the user’s current tier, various discount values may be available on the PIANEGONDA site. Specific terms are provided in the “Rewards Terms and Conditions” section.

Early Access to Private Sales

Members of the Pianegonda CLUB will receive early access to PIANEGONDA’s online Private Sales.

Birthday Discount

During their birthday month, users will receive a special discount code. If an order is placed during the birthday month, an exclusive gift will be included in the order.

General Information

Bros Manifatture Srl is the promoter of the Pianegonda CLUB loyalty program. The program and related benefits are void where prohibited by law. Tax implications may apply as per legal requirements. Bros Manifatture Srl is not responsible for users violating national laws or regulations through their participation. Participation is subject to current and future program rules and is valid only on PIANEGONDA. Points can be earned and used exclusively on PIANEGONDA.

No purchase is required to join the Pianegonda CLUB. To start earning and collecting points, users must register on PIANEGONDA with a valid username and password. By registering, users agree to the program’s terms and conditions and consent to Bros Manifatture Srl collecting and using personal data voluntarily provided and collected through their activities within the Pianegonda CLUB. The data controller is Bros Manifatture Srl. All data will be processed at the controller’s premises unless otherwise specified in the Privacy Policy. Data is processed with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data provided by users is not collected to be associated with identified individuals but, by its nature, could allow user identification through processing and association with third-party data. Access to user data may be granted to individuals involved in site management or external entities.

Commercial use (e.g., purchasing products for resale) of the Pianegonda CLUB is strictly prohibited and will be considered abuse. Bros Manifatture Srl reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a purchase was made for commercial use.

Eligibility and Membership

The Pianegonda CLUB is open to users who are 18 years of age or older at the time of their first registration on PIANEGONDA.

Bros Manifatture Srl reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel participation in the Pianegonda CLUB, at its sole discretion, for any user who violates these terms. It also reserves the right to revoke points in cases of user abuse.

Limitation of Liability

By joining the Pianegonda CLUB, users release Bros Manifatture Srl and its affiliates from any liability for damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising from participation in the loyalty program or use of earned points. Bros Manifatture Srl is not responsible for issues caused by connectivity, hardware/software malfunctions, internet problems, data traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Users must agree to these terms and conditions and are encouraged to visit this page regularly for updates or modifications.

Bros Manifatture Srl reserves the right to modify the contents of these terms at any time, without prior notice.

Program Changes

Bros Manifatture Srl reserves the right to modify the Pianegonda CLUB terms and conditions or to cancel or revoke the program at any time, without notice and without further obligations to users—including changes to how points are earned, their value, and their duration.
